Our Treatment Range
We offer a comprehensive range of physiotherapy services. Each treatment is individually tailored to your needs and symptoms.
Prescribed treatments and self-pay services
Physiotherapy Exercises
Physiotherapy exercises encompass targeted exercises and techniques that improve your mobility, strength, and coordination. Whether after surgery, for chronic conditions, or for prevention — we create an individual exercise program tailored exactly to your needs.
Device-Based Physiotherapy (KGG)
Device-Based Physiotherapy is a prescribed 60-minute treatment. Training on medical equipment is individually adjusted and continuously supervised by a qualified physiotherapist.
Manual Therapy
In Manual Therapy, our therapists use specialized hands-on techniques to treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Through targeted mobilization of joints, muscles, and nerves, blockages are released and natural mobility is restored.
Pain Therapy
For acute and persistent pain, we adapt treatment to your symptoms and daily activities. The goals are to reduce pain and improve your ability to stay active. Results vary, and complete freedom from pain cannot be guaranteed.
Bobath Therapy for Adults
The Bobath concept is a proven neurological therapy approach for adults with central nervous system disorders. The goal is to improve movement control, body awareness, and daily functioning — e.g., after a stroke.
Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy uses therapeutic electrical currents for pain relief, muscle stimulation, and promoting tissue healing. Depending on your symptoms, we use various current forms specifically tailored to your treatment goals.
Heat Therapy
Heat applications such as fango, hot air, or hot packs promote blood circulation, loosen muscles, and optimally prepare the body for further therapeutic measures. Ideal for muscle tension and chronic conditions.
Massage
Our therapeutic massages release tension, improve circulation, and promote recovery. From classic massage to specialized techniques — we choose the right method for your individual needs.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are hardened, painful spots in the muscles that can radiate symptoms to other body regions. Through targeted manual techniques, we release these points and provide noticeable relief.
Foot Reflexology
In foot reflexology, we apply pressure to selected areas of the feet, adjusted to your comfort. We offer it as a self-pay relaxation service. A specific effect on internal organs or the healing of diseases has not been established.
Kinesio Taping
Kinesio tapes are elastic bands applied to the skin that support muscle and joint function. They promote circulation, reduce swelling, and can relieve pain — ideal as a complement to therapy or in daily life.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle, rhythmic movements to treat certain types of edema. Suitability depends on your assessment and medical prescription. Sessions last 30, 45 or 60 minutes. If the prescription has no fixed duration and includes the required ICD-10 code specifying the stage of lymphedema or lipedema, the therapist selects the duration according to the findings and prescribing rules.
